Maybe \u2026 but the concept is important! Most organizations relied on giant screens, bright lights, and an A-list talent to capture their pre-pandemic audiences. Sure, we all expect the same in-person experience someday but virtual experiences will still linger (and actually <a href=\"https:\/\/illusoryisle.com\/blog\/f\/what-we%E2%80%99ve-learned-from-virtual-events-%E2%80%A6-and-plan-to-keep\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">taught us a few things<\/a> too). Here are some specifics to focus on &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;Consider the in-person and virtual teams as separate but equal collaborators<\/li><li>&nbsp;Develop layouts and templates that accommodate both workflows<\/li><li>&nbsp;Expect <a href=\"https:\/\/illusoryisle.com\/blog\/f\/an-organized-organization\"><u>accountability and organization<\/u><\/a> from everyone involved<\/li><li>&nbsp;Plan as far in advance as possible allowing you to calmly react to changes (especially changes that will make the content more compelling)<\/li><li>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/illusoryisle.com\/blog\/f\/three-communication-tips-for-event-experts\"><u>Be transparent, share information, and regularly report progress<\/u><\/a> among clients and vendors to build a culture of creativity<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In-Person Tactics Won&#8217;t Attract Everyone<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not every organization is ready to get together in-person yet. In fact, some very large corporations have announced their intent to remain online-only through 2021. If that\u2019s where you&#8217;re leaning, there are options that still accommodate compelling content creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/illusoryisle.com\/blog\/f\/what-to-look-for-when-evaluating-a-studio\"><u>Studios<\/u><\/a> are a great way to minimize the number of people involved while delivering a custom outcome. Most production agencies and AV companies either have <a href=\"https:\/\/illusoryisle.com\/blog\/f\/the-cube-encompasss-purpose-built-broadcast-production-studio\"><u>their own facility<\/u><\/a> or have partnered with a vendor that does. Most studio environments are highly brand able and have the bells-and-whistles that weren&#8217;t available to you in traditional venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100% virtual solutions are completely socially distant and extremely customizable. The most common approach is to use a remote production platform with branded layouts. Be sure to <a href=\"https:\/\/illusoryisle.com\/blog\/f\/three-ways-to-include-remote-participants-in-your-events\"><u>include your virtual audience<\/u><\/a> as much as possible.
